Urgent Care Express offers a Valuable Medical Discount Card for individuals and families who are un-insured or under-insured.

The MedHelp Medical Discount Program is available for patients who do not have insurance, have a high deductible or have gaps in insurance coverage. Urgent Care Xpress is constantly striving to reach our goal of providing individuals and families with quality healthcare at an affordable price. With national averages for an urgent care visit is $243 and most ER visits exceed $500, making MedHelp a very affordable option at a standard rate of $79.
Your MedHelp Membership includes standard services appropriately delivered or administered in an urgent care setting. Injuries or illnesses outside the scope of care for an urgent care setting will be referred to the appropriate alternative setting. The MedHelp Card is valid for discounts on Urgent Care Xpress services only; it does not cover some preventive medical services or work/car-related injuries and services.
About the Program
- All memberships are valid one (1) year from date of purchase/enrollment. Membership fees are due at time of enrollment.
- MedHelp cannot be used if you want to bill your insurance for the care you receive at Urgent Care Xpress.
- If you use MedHelp, Urgent Care Xpress cannot file a claim with any existing insurance.
- Online enrollment and other membership fees are subject to change.
- Additional family member cards are valid for spouses and children who are under the age of 18 years. A minimum of one individual membership purchase is required. Proof of online purchase must be shown at time of services in clinic.
